Pound is a full body cardio-jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing, and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. Using Ripstix, lightly weighted exercise drumsticks, you'll sweat, sculpt and ROCK your body and mind. Release your inner rock-star as you become the music with each strike to the beat. Pound combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired movements. Designed for all fitness levels, Pound is for anybody and any body. It is for any age and any stage. The workout is easily modifiable for all abilities. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and sweat towel. 5 Weeks

Restore Your Core (RYC®) is a whole-body method to retrain your core and pelvic floor to be functional, reflexive, responsive and support your body. Learn to uncover everyday compensation patterns and create new ones. This class will work to gain core strength in both women and men, help diastasis recti, understand alignment, improve prolapse symptoms, and decrease back pain. Please bring yoga mat, straps or exercise band, water bottle, blanket, and blocks. 6 weeks *Participants are asked to bring yoga mats, blanket, and yoga blocks

Restore Your Core®️(RYC) level 2 is for you if you have taken RYC®️ previously and would like to continue your progress and self awareness. This 2nd level will provide you with the opportunity to continue the development of a responsive breath while engaged in movement to strengthen your full body. Please bring yoga mat, straps or exercise band, water bottle, blanket, and blocks.

UpBeat Barre combines movements from Ballet, Pilates, Yoga and muscular-endurance style strength training to provide a low-impact, high-energy program. With so many great barre programs to choose from, why UpBeat? Well, we all know people work harder if they’re having fun. The end. But in all seriousness, the creators at UpBeat wanted to utilize the things we loved about traditional barre classes while adding a modern twist to help participants work hard while still having a blast. The secret? the style of MUSIC. Please bring a yoga mat, 1-2 pound weights and water bottle. 6 Weeks

What is High Fitness? HIGH fitness has brought aerobics back in a hip and unique way, and the world is taking notice. Think Old School Aerobics meets HIIT training. LMFAO meets Jane Fonda with a side of Richard Simmons. All mashed up into a one-hour, total body workout. Cultivate strength, flexibility, and inner balance while exploring the art of fluidity and mindfulness on the mat. 

Whether you’re new to yoga or have an established practice, this Holistic Vinyasa class invites you to explore the art of movement, breath, and mindful awareness, fostering a sense of holistic well-being on and off the mat. See you on your mat! Please come prepared with your own mat and water bottle.

Pilates is a type of mind-body exercise that promotes not only strength, tone, and flexibility, but also improves your posture and reduces stress. The Mat Pilates method aims to strengthen your core or “powerhouse”, lengthen the spine, build muscle tone, and increase body awareness. Mat Pilates exercises are based on the resistance provided by your body's weight and gravity, and the workout is performed on the ground using an exercise mat. Please bring your own mat, and water bottle. 7 weeks

This is a tennis introductory session for 6 weeks to give a good tennis foundation to youths & adults. This fundamentals program is designed to promote enjoyment and improvement, using a system of modified courts, rackets and balls scaled to maximize learning for different age groups and skill levels. The structure of the program is geared towards improving participants by introducing the "I Can" skill sets. The I Can skill sets are mainly I Can Rally, I Can Start a Point, I Can Play Net, I Can Play a Point. In addition to the I Can skill sets, participants will be exposed to the "I am a Good Sport" behaviours which encourages fairness and fun. I hope you enjoy it and make tennis your sport for life. Rackets and tennis balls provided! Weather Policy: Classes run rain or shine and will only be cancelled due to lightning. If Air Quality reaches 7-10, activities are scaled back, more rest and water breaks will be taken. 6 weeks
